Parish Registration

- How to Join the Parish
  
  Any Catholic may register at Saint Barnabas. To complete parish registration, and to request canonical membership, please take each of the following steps:
  
  Complete and submit the registration form below;
  
  Contact the Catholic parish (or parishes) in which you and each member of your household was baptized or received into full communion and request that annotated baptismal records be sent to the following address:

  Complete and submit the petition for canonical membership (linked HERE) to the Saint Barnabas parish office.
  
  Non-Catholics who wish to join the Parish will be registered as a part of their reception into full communion with the Catholic Church. To inquire about becoming Catholic, please submit the intake form linked HERE.
